Automated Arbitrator Assignment
Our intelligent allocation engine automatically assigns the most suitable arbitrator based on the dispute type, jurisdiction, language, expertise, and availability. The selection process is algorithmdriven, ensuring fairness, neutrality, and eliminating manual intervention.
Case Coordination & Scheduling
A dedicated Case Resolution Coordinator is assigned to assist all parties throughout the process. The coordinator communicates with the parties, confirms a mutually convenient hearing schedule, and provides guidance on using the platform.
Secure Notice & Document Exchange
Secure digital (and physical, where required) notices are issued to all parties. Each party receives encrypted links to upload evidence and supporting documents, which are made securely available to the appointed arbitrator.
Secure Online Hearing
The parties receive a secure video hearing link and may participate from their home, office, or any convenient location. Hearings are conducted through an encrypted platform, ensuring confidentiality, accessibility, and procedural fairness.
Independent Adjudication
The appointed arbitrator independently reviews the pleadings, evidence, submissions, and applicable law before conducting the proceedings and issuing appropriate directions or orders.
Award & Case Closure
Upon completion of the proceedings, the arbitrator issues a legally compliant digital arbitral award or records the settlement, concluding the dispute in a secure, transparent, and efficient manner.
Arbitrator Disclaimer
Arbitrators empanelled or appointed by JM Swift are independent and impartial professionals. Once appointed, the arbitrator has the exclusive authority to conduct the proceedings, determine procedural matters, evaluate the evidence and submissions of the parties, issue directions and interim orders where permitted, and render the final arbitral award in accordance with applicable law.
